Vision
To promote public participation, from all walks of life, in shaping quality downtown revitalization, business expansion, retention and growth throughout our region while maximizing new technology opportunities to retain local college graduates, and grow the population of our community.
Mission
To create a more vibrant region by promoting, advocating, coordinating and facilitating those priorities affirmed at the 21st Century Town Meeting associated with downtown development, business expansion, retention, growth and technological opportunities.
